Role Description The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. - Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to maximize the CEO's time and productivity. - Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence. - Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding or escalating as appropriate. - Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation. - Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership team meetings. - Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items to completion. - Assist in planning company events, conferences, and executive engagements. - Support cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives. - Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. - Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, board members, and senior leaders. - Draft professional communications, announcements, and presentations on behalf of the CEO. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience supporting C suite executives, preferably a CEO. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requirements - Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and expense reporting. - Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for the executive office. - Support office operations and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency. - Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Conduct research and prepare summaries on business topics, market trends, and strategic initiatives. - Monitor project timelines and ensure follow-up on executive priorities. - Assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO.
