Role Description Join the HR Support Benefits team and make a meaningful impact on employees by providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses to various HR inquiries. As an HR Assistant II, you will be the first point of contact for employee-related inquiries, managing cases related to financial, health, and compliance with benefit plans. This role requires critical thinking and decision-making skills to support the entire benefits process, from intake to case management. - Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits. - Provide holistic case management services, ensuring compliance with benefit plans. - Build trust with employees through empathetic and personalized communication. - Manage workload effectively to meet SLAs and productivity goals. - Resolve inquiries using available documentation and escalate when necessary. - Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policies. - Ensure proper communication and documentation of employee-impacting issues during benefits events. Qualifications - 2+ years' experience in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center or shared service environment. - Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments. - Technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
