Role Description Our client, the Founder of a fintech-focused investment firm, is seeking a superstar Executive Assistant/ Right-Hand Partner. The ideal candidate operates with a rare combination of polish and grit—someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently with minimal direction. This individual is not only exceptionally detail-oriented, but also proactive, agile, and capable of driving initiatives from 0 → 1 → completion. This is a fully remote role. This role is less about having all the answers upfront and more about the ability to learn quickly, iterate in real time, communicate with clarity, and take full ownership across a wide range of responsibilities. You will act as a true extension of the Founder—anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring seamless execution across both professional and personal domains. Responsibilities - Manage inbox with the goal of reducing noise and surfacing only key communications - Leverage and thoughtfully manage the Founder’s network—coordinating high-touch introductions, curating relationships, and seamlessly orchestrating dinners, meetings, and small-scale events - Take initiatives from concept through execution, navigating roadblocks independently - Source, evaluate, and coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners - Own and execute a wide range of business projects, often with ambiguity Qualifications - 10+ years in a relevant administrative capacity supporting entrepreneurs/founders within tech or finance - Exceptionally strong ability to learn quickly and independently - Highly intelligent with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong research capabilities and comfort synthesizing complex information - Comfortable working alone and owning projects end-to-end - Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal) - Calm and effective in ambiguous or evolving situations - Proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented - Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Google Alerts, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email platforms - Bachelor's degree preferred Requirements - 9:00am-6:00pm EST hours + 24/7 availability

Role Description Our client, a new and growing asset management firm, is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support senior leadership, including the CEO, COO, and an additional Partner, while helping oversee day-to-day office operations across their offices in New York City and Westport, CT. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being deeply embedded in the business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and takes pride in keeping executives organized, offices running smoothly, and culture thriving. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, with a strong emphasis on ownership, discretion, and partnership with leadership. This role will be ~2x a week in Westport, CT and 2x a week in Midtown. Responsibilities - Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, COO, and Partner, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing. - Manage complex scheduling across multiple executives, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts. - Serve as the point person for office operations across NYC and CT, coordinating with building management, IT, and external vendors. - Oversee office logistics, supplies, and general upkeep to ensure a professional and well-run environment. - Partner with leadership to help build and maintain a strong internal culture, including team initiatives, events, and day-to-day engagement. - Assist with light Investor Relations support, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking follow-ups. - Maintain internal systems, contacts, and documentation to support executive and firm-wide workflows. - Participate in team meetings and support cross-functional collaboration. - Take ownership of ad hoc projects and initiatives as they arise, always anticipating needs and next steps. Requirements - 2-3+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally within asset management, financial services, or a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. - Proven ability to support multiple senior executives with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable interfacing with external stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. - Adaptable, proactive, and able to operate independently with minimal oversight. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort learning new systems as needed. - Bachelor’s degree required. - Experience supporting office operations and working with IT/building management strongly preferred. Benefits - $110-125K base (DOE) + discretionary bonus + great benefits. - 8:30/9am–5:30pm, with availability after hours as needed. - 1 x a week WFH - the rest split between Midtown & Westport offices.
