Technology Program Manager
Payscale
• Own end-to-end program management for concurrent initiatives across Information Security, Technology (IT & Infrastructure/Platform), and AI - maintaining full visibility into scope, schedule, dependencies, and status at all times • Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines in Jira, Asana, or MS Project • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and scheduling conflicts across workstreams and surface them to the appropriate stakeholders before they affect delivery • Maintain a current RACI matrix across all active programs, ensuring ownership is clear and accountability gaps are documented and resolved • Coordinate scheduling, agendas, and follow-through for cross-functional working sessions, program reviews, and stakeholder meetings across G&A, R&D, and InfoSec/Technology • Manage action item tracking and follow-up across all programs, ensuring commitments are documented, owners are assigned, and deadlines are met • Serve as the operational coordinator for AI initiatives - managing meeting cadence, tracking action items and decisions, and driving follow-through on tasks • Develop and maintain program status dashboards and executive-level reporting for stakeholders • Produce regular program health reports that surface progress, risks, and decisions required in a format appropriate for each audience • Own stakeholder communications for program milestones, delays, and escalations - ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time • Build and maintain metrics frameworks for the IT and Information Security functions, tracking operational KPIs, SLA performance, and program velocity • Develop reporting to make program and operational metrics visible to leadership on a consistent cadence • Partner with Information Security and IT management to define meaningful metrics that reflect program health, not just activity
