Role Description The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, architecture, and engineering execution. This role combines program and project management, Agile leadership, and technical expertise in Cloud and AI-driven solutions to deliver high-quality, predictable outcomes. The TPM serves as the single point of accountability for delivery, owning outcomes, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful execution across multiple teams. The role also functions as a Lead Scrum Master, coaching teams and driving Agile maturity across engagements. PLEASE NOTE: This position is primarily remote, however, the employee MUST live within 60 miles from either the Washington, DC or Falls Church, Virginia office. This position will be required to travel to Veteran Affairs facilities nationwide 4x/year. This position is contingent upon contract award, expected to start in November 2026.
