• Book and schedule shipments across the network, coordinating pickup and delivery windows directly with the carrier and receiving sites. • Track every shipment in transit through the transportation management system, checking ETAs against committed windows and flagging at-risk deliveries before they hit a site. • Chase missed SLAs to root cause with the carrier and drive each one to resolution, not just a note in the log. • Own the day-to-day relationship with our dedicated carrier: rates, capacity, service issues, and escalations. • Keep shipment and carrier performance data current in the TMS and turn it into a running view of who's hitting SLA and who isn't.

• Design pick, pack, receiving, and RMA workflows for each site's warehouse layout, optimizing for travel distance, throughput, and dock-to-floor time. • Run time and motion studies on warehouse and dock processes, and use the data to set the standard work each site trains against. • Model rack, dock door, and staging layouts for new and existing sites, balancing throughput against real estate cost. • Build the process documentation and standard work instructions that let a new site ramp to full productivity in weeks, not months. • Partner with the WMS and IMS system build teams to make sure new tooling matches the physical workflow, not the other way around.

• Own emergency preparedness end to end: pre-incident response planning and training with local Authorities Having Jurisdiction. • Lead facility fire risk assessments and partner with Health and Safety on hazardous materials code compliance. • Own the fire and life safety program: budget, third-party consultant relationships, contracted Inspection, Testing and Maintenance. • Partner with Design and Delivery on plan review and commissioning of fire and life safety systems. • Lead incident investigations using 5-Why and fault tree analysis. • Run the routine inspection program of walkthroughs and Gemba observations. • Travel 50 to 75% across the fleet.

Role Description A Control Systems Engineer will take the lead in designing, developing, and commissioning SCADA/BMS/EPMS systems for industrial applications. Expectation is this individual will oversee design, deployment and Cx of BMS and EPMS systems across multiple locations throughout the US and Europe. This senior-level role requires deep expertise in control systems designs, SOO development, System P&IDs, HMI requirements and system architecture design. The successful candidate will oversee complex control systems projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure that solutions meet both client requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities - Lead the conceptual design, development, and implementation of data center control systems, including Chilled Water, HVAC, Power Monitoring and Data Hall Monitoring. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior engineers on the controls team. - Develop control system architectures, functional specifications, and detailed system designs. - Program and configure PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMIs to meet project requirements. - Develop standard SOOs, P&IDs, Sensor installation details, specifications and design templates. - Support control system simulations, factory acceptance testing (FAT), construction and commissioning activities at greenfield data center deployments. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field). - Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial control systems engineering. - Extensive experience with PLCs, DCSs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks. - Proficiency in control system programming languages such as ladder logic, function block, and others. - Hands-on experience with major control system platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition, etc). - Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities. - Willingness to travel to project sites as required (50-70%). Preferred Qualifications - Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required. - Experience in managing large-scale control system projects, from design through commissioning. - Experience with Revit or other 3D modelling software. - Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices. - Ability to stay current with emerging trends in industrial control and automation technologies. • Deploy and validate data center network infrastructure (front-end, back-end, BMS, management): configure switches, install and validate optics, coordinate cabling, and drive deployments to completion. • Ensure physical connectivity meets production standards: coordinate fiber remediation, validate insertion loss and OTDR traces, troubleshoot optical-layer issues, and document as-builts. • Manage hardware logistics: device staging, rack/stack coordination, RMA, DCIM updates, inventory, and vendor shipments so devices are ready when deployments need them. • Partner with DC Operations, ICT, Hardware, and Network Engineering to identify blockers early, escalate decisively, and keep multi-team efforts on track. • Maintain cutsheets, as-builts, validation results, and lessons learned, and contribute to the deployment playbook that lets the team scale. • Provide operational support during and after deployments: incident response, troubleshooting, and break-fix.

• Drive the planning, budgeting, and risk-management engine behind global data centers, turning capacity targets into executable project plans and keeping every stakeholder aligned from kickoff to customer handover. • Build integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and own the master construction schedule from site mobilization through substantial completion and turnover. • Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance, and report earned-value KPIs weekly. • Facilitate phase-gate and design reviews, maintain RACI matrices and action logs, and manage contract lifecycles: RFP, bid analysis, award, PCO tracking, and close-out. • Identify critical-path and long-lead risks (transformers, chillers, switchgear) and drive mitigation, and act as the single source of truth for internal leadership and external partners. • Lead cross-functional delivery teams (project managers, construction managers, superintendents), develop staffing plans, and run standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects from development handoff through commercial operation, owning budget, schedule, scope, and risk across civil, electrical, substation, gen-tie, and interconnection workstreams. • Build and own integrated project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and maintain the master schedule as the single source of truth from site mobilization through energization. • Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance, report earned-value KPIs weekly, and flag cost and schedule deviations with recovery options before they compound. • Manage the full contract lifecycle: RFP, bid analysis, EPC and subcontractor award, PCO tracking, lender and interconnection reporting requirements, and close-out. • Drive mitigation on critical-path and long-lead risks including transformers, inverters, switchgear, BESS enclosures, and interconnection queue milestones, and act as the single point of accountability for all internal and external project stakeholders. • Lead construction managers, field superintendents, and project engineers across concurrent solar sites, develop staffing plans, and run the weekly cadence of standups, reviews, and issue escalations.

• Lead pre-construction for large-scale GPU data center projects as we scale from 600MW to multi-GW, serving as the link between Real Estate, Design Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. • Run constructability reviews of electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil designs, with focus on high-density power distribution (100+ kW per rack), liquid cooling, and utility interconnections. • Perform site evaluations (electrical capacity, utilities, civil and structural, phasing) and determine site-specific requirements that impact schedule, cost, and delivery. • Develop construction scope packages and RFPs, manage GC pre-construction services (bid reviews, schedule development, labor pricing, subcontractor evaluations), and negotiate with landlords, developers, and contractors. • Run construction cost analysis from conceptual through GMP, support budget updates, and validate estimates against market and historical data. • Build comprehensive handoff packages for Construction Managers, and partner with Contracts, Legal, and Commercial on contract terms and risk allocation.
