Role Description Own supplier quality for electrical equipment: switchgear, transformers, UPS, and busway from qualification through delivery. - Run factory audits and witness testing (FAT, routine tests) at electrical OEM facilities worldwide. - Set inspection and test requirements into purchase orders so quality is contractual, not assumed. - Drive corrective action on escapes, and track supplier quality data that feeds back into award decisions. Qualifications - You've done supplier quality or witness testing for major electrical equipment. - You read electrical test reports critically and know which passing numbers deserve a second look. - You've held OEMs to test standards when schedule pressure argued for waiving them. - You travel to factories readily and use the trips well. Requirements - Bonus: IEEE and ANSI switchgear standards. - Transformer testing. - UPS and battery systems. - NETA or NICET credentials.
