Role Description We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – DoD/Intelligence Programs to lead a complex government intelligence support program. The ideal candidate will oversee program execution, manage customer relationships, ensure contract compliance, lead program staff, and drive operational excellence while serving as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Lead the successful execution of a government intelligence program. - Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and internal leadership. - Manage program budgets, staffing, schedules, risks, and contract performance. - Ensure all contractual deliverables are completed on time and within quality standards. - Lead, mentor, and develop program personnel. - Build strong relationships with Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Intelligence Community (IC), and Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders. - Monitor program performance and implement continuous process improvements. - Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing programs. Qualifications - Minimum 16 years of management experience, including applicable military leadership experience. - Demonstrated experience serving as a Program Manager on a large, complex government or intelligence program. - Advanced knowledge of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC). - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). - Proven ability to manage program budgets, schedules, staffing, and contractual performance. - Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Experience briefing senior military, government, and executive leadership. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. - Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies, systems, and software applications. Requirements - Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance (SCI eligibility preferred). - Experience supporting DIA, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs. - Familiarity with the SIA III contract. - Prior military or federal government experience. - Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
