Role Description As the Business Development & Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining clear, proactive communication with stakeholders. Positioned at the intersection of sales strategy, operations, analytics, and project management, this role enables scalable growth and operational excellence. This high-impact role drives revenue growth and operational excellence by leading and executing sales-focused projects, optimizing go-to-market processes, and managing cross-functional transformation initiatives for the Growing Solutions Division. It ensures that the sales organization is equipped with the tools, data, and workflows required to achieve performance targets. This position will be home based, the individual should be within a reasonable distance to a major airport. I’m interested!
