• Align with clients on key project milestones and maintain accountability to agreed timelines • Build and maintain detailed project plans across a concurrent portfolio of client engagements • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple work streams • Coordinate internal teams to remove obstacles and keep deliverables on track • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle • Communicate formal weekly status updates to client and RainFocus stakeholders • Manage scope conversations directly with clients, including presenting and negotiating change orders when deliverables fall outside the original project scope • Ensure necessary training is provided to clients and partners to support effective adoption of new processes and technology

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with long implementation cycles
  • Experience in project managing software implementations
  • Proven experience in a client-facing project management role — you are comfortable owning the client relationship and having direct, sometimes difficult conversations about scope, timelines, and expectations
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or client engagements simultaneously
  • Proficiency with project management tools; experience with Jira is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly self-motivated with strong ownership mentality and consistent follow-through
  • Highly detail oriented with proven ability to document systems and processes

Role Description Projects Managers with experience in Dermatology and/or Rheumatology are crucial to the success of Clinical Trials managed by Indero. They are the main point of contact internally as well as externally, ensuring all activities and deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and as expected. Great project managers go further than creating project plans and following up on tasks. They show leadership to help project teams focus on objectives and deliver results. Qualifications - B.Sc. in a relevant discipline. - At least 7 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years leading multi-center clinical trials (phase II-III). - Experience leading concurrent multi-centered clinical trials with budgets in excess of $3M USD. - Experience managing dermatology trials. - Experience managing rheumatology trials is an asset. - Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards, FDA and local country regulations. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. - Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills, required. - Ability to work in a team environment and establish good relationships with colleagues and sponsors. - Good problem-solving abilities. - Strong ability to carry out different projects and work under pressure while meeting timelines. - Good knowledge of good clinical practices, and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines. Requirements - Client interactions: - Serve as primary contact for the Sponsor. - Provide efficient and timely updates on trial progress. - Lead client calls effectively. - Project planning: - Oversee and actively participate in the preparation of project deliverables such as study plans, protocol, informed consent form, electronic case report form (eCRF), tables/listings/figures (TLFs), clinical study report. - Participate in the planning and conduct of the Investigator’s Meeting. - Ensure that each site has the necessary material to adequately perform the study (e.g., investigational product, study supplies, special equipment, safety lab kits, etc.). - Quality and risk management: - Ensure assigned studies are “audit ready” at all times. - Monitor the quality of study deliverables, including vendor and SubCRO deliverables, and address issues as they arise. - Manage risk and control measures to assure project quality. - Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual results. - Review and approve responses to quality assurance audits. - Project budget and timelines: - Control the project budget, with particular attention to internal hours allocated to all activities. - Identify out of scope activities for change orders. - Proactively manage operational aspects of the clinical trial including trial timelines, budget, resources, and vendors. - Coordinate tasks and deliverables from all functional departments involved in the project. - Communicate effectively with study team members, functional departments, and senior management. - Manage and report on recruitment status and highlight initiatives needed to meet recruitment timelines. - Project team leadership: - Lead the core project team which may include Associate Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Assistants. - Ensure all team members have adequate training on the project. - Work closely with vendors and the following internal teams to ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time, according to plans and applicable standards: Site Selection, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, Clinical Monitoring, Biostatistics, Scientific Affairs. Role Description CFDay is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead performance of a nationwide Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Training and Education Division (NTED) contract supporting the National Preparedness Directorate. The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for contract performance, serving as the primary point of contact with the Government. This individual will be responsible for managing personnel, schedules, quality, contract deliverables, subcontractors, and customer communications while ensuring all contractual requirements are successfully executed. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and experience managing Federal programs involving multiple stakeholders, geographically dispersed personnel, and complex technical deliverables. Responsibilities - Serving as the primary interface between CFDay and the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). - Providing overall management of contract performance, staffing, schedules, budgets (where applicable), and deliverables. - Leading project kickoff meetings, recurring status meetings, and performance reviews. - Developing and maintaining project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocations. - Managing subcontractor performance and ensuring integrated execution across all team members. - Monitoring contract performance metrics and implementing corrective actions when necessary. - Reviewing and approving reports, deliverables, and technical work products prior to Government submission. - Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified personnel. - Managing contract risks, issues, and mitigation activities. - Ensuring compliance with all contract requirements, quality standards, and reporting requirements. - Supporting the development of transition plans, staffing plans, and management documentation. - Maintaining effective communication with Government stakeholders throughout contract performance. - Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
