Role Description The Director, Contracts will own the end-to-end management of contracts for 14TH and its portfolio companies. This role includes: - Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements with public and private sector clients - Managing vendor contracts, NDAs, and statements of work - Collaborating with external legal counsel to ensure compliance and mitigate risk - Leading corporate compliance initiatives - Overseeing privacy policies - Streamlining internal legal operations processes The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and brings a critical, analytical approach to contracts and the contract management process. Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation
  • Proven experience managing contracts and legal operations in both public and private sector contexts
