A top-tier California employment law firm is hiring a talented litigator to join its fully remote team. This plaintiff-side practice is known for high-impact wage & hour class actions, PAGA cases, and individual FEHA claims — work that protects employees’ rights across the state. You’ll take the lead on a robust docket, managing matters from intake through resolution. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys litigation strategy, and wants your compensation tied directly to your results, this role is tailored for you. The firm offers the best of both worlds: small enough for your work to be noticed, yet experienced enough to provide strong support. With most hearings handled via Zoom and a fully remote setup, you can live and work anywhere in California. Manage a docket of approximately 25+ active employment matters (individual and class/PAGA) Handle complaints, discovery, depositions, mediations, and settlement strategy Collaborate with the firm’s founder on litigation strategy while owning your cases

Benefits

  • $150,000 to $175,000 base salary, plus tiered bonuses up to 10% of net fees
