- You’re proficient with Figma, Lovable or other design tools.
- You can use them to produce wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- A real discovery instinct: You start from the problem, not the solution, and you're happy talking to users and turning fuzzy needs into something measurable.
- Business sense: You understand our industry and our customers well enough to know why one kind of data matters to them and another doesn't, and you're curious about the challenges fashion and luxury brands face.
- Self-sufficient across crafts: You can do enough product thinking and interface reasoning to keep a small pod moving without waiting for someone else.
- Clear and trusted: You communicate simply with both technical and business people, follow through on what you own, and people come to rely on you as the reference for your scope.
