• Deliver top-notch customer experiences over phone, email, or any other channel • Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional support to customers • Schedule appointments and remind customers about upcoming service needs • Manage workload and juggle priorities with ease • Follow up on inquiries and proactively solve issues • Keep customer records up to date and handle confidential info • Collaborate with dealerships to ensure seamless communication and customer service • Conduct outbound calls to proactively reach customers and help drive business to dealerships • Handle inbound inquiries, assist customers with booking appointments
