• Analizar y solucionar incidentes y problemas relacionados con datos • Investigar discrepancias de datos y determinar causas raíz • Documentar, comunicar y proporcionar análisis de problemas de calidad de datos • Crear y ejecutar consultas SQL para validación y verificación de datos • Revisar el código de la aplicación e identificar soluciones técnicas o alternativas cuando sea necesario • Monitorear tendencias de datos y comunicar hallazgos y recomendaciones de manera efectiva • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para apoyar las operaciones de producción y solicitudes de cambio • Aplicar mejores prácticas de soporte operativo, incluidos procesos basados en ITIL.
Job Requirements
- Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información, Ingeniería o campo relacionado
- 2-3 años de experiencia escribiendo y resolviendo consultas SQL
- Experiencia práctica con: Databricks, Hadoop, Spark (entornos basados en Scala), PySpark (Python), Snowflake, Kubernetes
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar múltiples prioridades
- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y otras aplicaciones de Microsoft Office
- (Preferido) Experiencia con Hive, Impala, DBeaver, Kafka, CML, o Java
- (Preferido) Conocimiento de datos de atención médica y sistemas relacionados con la atención médica.

• Build and maintain data ingestion, processing, and integration pipelines from multiple sources (educational assessments, school management systems, and public databases such as the School Census and INEP). • Model relational databases and analytical structures that support efficient, scalable queries. • Automate routines for data updating, validation, and quality checks. • Develop and maintain panels, dashboards, and data visualization interfaces for use by education secretariat managers and internal teams. • Translate analytical needs of non-technical users into clear, intuitive visualization solutions. • Iterate on data access and navigation features based on user feedback. • Work closely with the technology team to define data architecture and system integrations. • Document technical processes, database structures, and indicator logic to ensure maintainability and continuity. • Support the specification of technical requirements for new analytical features with vendors or the development team. • Produce exploratory analyses and indicators to inform studies and reports for the monitoring, evaluation, and research (MER) area. • Support the methodological validation of predictive models and learning indicators. • Provide technical support to users of data tools, including training and troubleshooting.
