Data Analyst

• Elicit business, Marketing and consumer experience requirements and translate them into data solutions and products. • Map, document and integrate consumer data from multiple sources (e-commerce, CRM, websites, apps, campaigns, loyalty programs, Customer Service, marketing automation and CDPs). • Perform data mapping between source systems and the Azure platform, defining integration, transformation and enrichment rules. • Build and maintain data models and documentation (Customer Profile, Customer Journey, segmentations, Data Dictionary, Business Rules, Data Lineage and Customer Data Models). • Support the creation of a 360° consumer view by defining KPIs and working with Data Engineering on pipeline development and data modeling. • Ensure data quality, governance and compliance (LGPD), supporting CRM, Marketing Analytics, personalization and audience activation initiatives. • Act as a liaison between Marketing, CRM, Consumer Insights and technical teams.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Data Analyst in Analytics, CRM, Consumer Data or MarTech projects, with a focus on consumer data.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing processes, CRM, customer journey, Data Mapping, Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Modeling and Data Integration.
- Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and advanced SQL skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and analytical requirements.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with Marketing, Analytics and Data Engineering.
- Experience with Consumer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium, Segment or similar.
- Knowledge of Customer 360, Identity Resolution, digital marketing metrics, CRM, Digital Analytics, segmentation and personalization campaigns, as well as LGPD and Data Governance.
- Experience with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake Storage, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric and Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Python, Microsoft Purview, Lakehouse Architecture, Medallion Architecture, Customer Analytics and Feature Engineering for Consumer Data.
