• Develop advanced Excel solutions using formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA. • Integrate and consolidate large volumes of data from multiple sources. • Map operational processes and identify opportunities for automation. • Develop, implement, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows. • Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce errors. • Monitor and continuously improve existing automations. • Support business areas in data analysis and in building solutions that support decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Experience with advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA).

• Build and maintain data ingestion, processing, and integration pipelines from multiple sources (educational assessments, school management systems, and public databases such as the School Census and INEP). • Model relational databases and analytical structures that support efficient, scalable queries. • Automate routines for data updating, validation, and quality checks. • Develop and maintain panels, dashboards, and data visualization interfaces for use by education secretariat managers and internal teams. • Translate analytical needs of non-technical users into clear, intuitive visualization solutions. • Iterate on data access and navigation features based on user feedback. • Work closely with the technology team to define data architecture and system integrations. • Document technical processes, database structures, and indicator logic to ensure maintainability and continuity. • Support the specification of technical requirements for new analytical features with vendors or the development team. • Produce exploratory analyses and indicators to inform studies and reports for the monitoring, evaluation, and research (MER) area. • Support the methodological validation of predictive models and learning indicators. • Provide technical support to users of data tools, including training and troubleshooting.
