• Translate existing on-prem router, switch, and firewall configurations into optimized cloud-native equivalents • Partner closely with internal engineering teams and government stakeholders to author PPSM documentation • Direct compilation of records and reports concerning network operations and maintenance • Create enterprise scoped network-level design documentation for technical and non-technical audiences • Troubleshoots on-prem and cloud network performance issues • Analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions • Monitor and respond to complex technical control facility and software problems • Interface with vendor support service groups to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance • Perform system-level design and configuration of products including determination of hardware, OS, and other platform specifications • Provide quality assurance review and the evaluation of new and existing software products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- minimum of eight years in network operations, support, and design
- US Citizen with an active ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI model
- Proven experience designing and implementing multi-layer network segmentation
- Hands on-experience configuring core routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience understanding and managing customer expectations
- Experience coordinating with multiple technical and operational teams

The Network Development Coordinator is responsible for various tasks, activities, and project planning throughout the organization. The Network Development Coordinator will assist with the development of future changes through improved projects and program coordination. The Network Development Coordinator is also responsible for processes that facilitate the development of a qualified network of service providers and resources for social determinants. It includes monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance measures related to network capacity, access and availability, cultural competency and quality.
