Deal Desk Analyst
Intapp
• Manage end-to-end contract operations, from staging quotes to drafting custom terms and conditions, order booking and reconciliation • Audit orders for accuracy, completeness, required approvals, ACV, and recurring revenue • Track non-standard and custom terms across the deal lifecycle • Advise sales on deal structure and discounting to arrive at quality, approvable outcomes • Act as a true partner to sales — triaging deals, minimizing wasted effort, and moving the right opportunities forward • Drive best practices across the contracts process and document new or updated procedures proactively • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions, acting as an advisor rather than a gatekeeper.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in deal desk or sales operations within the cloud software industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
- Proficiency with a CRM platform and the quote-to-order process, including strong reporting skills
- Experience structuring complex deals, such as multi-year agreements with ramp schedules
- Comfort writing and reviewing custom contract terms, including comparing capitalized terms across documents
- Sharp analytical thinking and practical judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations
- Proven ability to create and maintain clear standard operating procedures
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a global team, adapting quickly to shifting priorities
