Role Description Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Support Manager to join our team! - Oversees a staff providing general administrative activities. - Ensures that the entire technical project team has a thorough understanding of the contractual terms. - Ensures project procurement and subcontracting policies adhere to project plan. - Serves as liaison between clients, Parsons management, joint venture partners, internal and external auditors, and funding agencies or institutions on matters related to project financing. - Prepares reports and presentations for senior management as required. - Provides continuous feedback and reporting to the Executive Management and client as appropriate. - Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Qualifications - Ten plus years in management level positions with at least five years supporting large technical programs or construction projects. - A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience). Requirements - Effective oral and written communicative skills. - Ability to manage large, diversified activities with multiple and competing requirements. - Ability to set priorities and manage activities to successful completion.
