Role Description Kaplan North America, the world leader in test preparation, is hiring Master's prepared nurses to join our Southeast Regional travel teaching team. In traveling to different locations across the United States to teach NCLEX preparation classes, this position offers an exciting opportunity to impact future generations of nurses by helping them succeed on their NCLEX exam. The Lead Training Specialist (LTS) in the Education Call Center Division of the Muskogee Regional Processing Office (RPO) coordinates training and change within the office for the following purposes: - Advising and providing information on pertinent activity throughout the Education Call Center (ECC) to employees and managers. - Explaining changes to legal provisions, regulations, and related administrative practices and their application to specific cases through training efforts. - Assisting the ECC and the Regional Office in providing needed services to all required parties. The Lead Training Specialist serves as a liaison between supervisors and employees and may plan and assign work and training as needed.
