Senior Project Manager – Solar Construction

Keystone Clearwater Solutions

• Manage the full lifecycle of community-scale solar EPC projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to contract requirements • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize schedule and cost impacts • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams to ensure successful project execution • Lead, mentor, and support project teams throughout all phases of project delivery • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture • Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities to project team members • Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the organization • Partner with senior leadership to evaluate and improve project management processes, systems, and procedures • Help develop scalable project delivery programs that support company growth • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project execution • Ensure compliance with company standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements • Serve as the primary point of contact for project owners and key stakeholders • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants • Provide proactive communication regarding project progress, milestones, risks, and opportunities • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to support customer success and future opportunities • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations • Oversee quality control measures throughout project execution • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, conflicts, and technical issues • Support a strong safety culture and adherence to all company and site-specific safety requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years supporting solar energy, renewable energy, or related infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through commissioning
  • Strong understanding of EPC project delivery methods
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (Preferred)
  • Master's degree in a related field (Preferred)
  • LEED accreditation or other renewable energy certifications (Preferred)
  • Experience with community-scale or utility-scale solar projects (Preferred)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements (Preferred)
  • Preferred in PA or Northeastern US State
