Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or project management. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools. Based in Minneapolis, MN you'll be part of a three-person Account Management team supporting the Business Director in delivering a seamless, high-volume content production operation across our client’s organization. Qualifications - Experience in an account management, client services, or project management role in a creative, marketing, or content production environment. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing detail or momentum. - Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills — comfortable with direct client interaction at marketing manager and director level. - A proactive, solutions-first working style; you flag problems early and come with a suggested path forward. - Familiarity with project management or workflow systems (OMG, Workfront, Asana, or similar). - An understanding of creative production workflows — briefing, resourcing, review, and delivery — in a multi-channel content environment. - Interest in or familiarity with higher education or healthcare marketing is a plus. - Comfort working across a multi-location team and collaborating remotely with nearshore colleagues in Mexico City. - Curiosity about how AI tools can enhance account management and creative production workflows. - Willingness to develop proficiency with Pencil and OMG's AI-assist features as part of ongoing studio development. - Agentic mindset: ability to break down complex multi-brief workloads into clear, manageable priorities.
