Role Description The Administrative Support role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities within the organization. Responsibilities - Manage and organize daily office operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars. - Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations to support internal and external communications. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information. - Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients, responding promptly to inquiries and directing them appropriately. - Assist in the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment to ensure uninterrupted office functionality. - Support the preparation and coordination of company events, trainings, and other administrative projects as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline administrative processes and improve overall office efficiency.
