Job Description

Senior Accounts Payable Associate

Rula

• Own the execution of our end-to-end accounts payable operations. • Vendor invoice processing, employee travel and expense (T&E) reimbursements, and critical cash movement activities across our banking platforms. • Manage routine and non-routine AP processes independently. • Leverage modern financial tech tools to troubleshoot issues. • Actively propose process improvements to scale our efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience working with procurement and expense management platforms, preferably Zip, Ramp, BILL, or similar systems
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Experience initiating and managing electronic payments, wires, ACH transactions, and other banking activities.
