Role Description En tant que Stagiaire ou Alternant Marketing Généraliste, tu contribues au développement de la visibilité de Scalingo et au bon fonctionnement des actions marketing du quotidien. Ton rôle est à la fois : - opérationnel, en participant à la production de contenus, à la communication et aux événements ; - transverse, en collaborant avec les équipes Sales, Produit, RH et Tech. Tu accompagnes la Growth Marketing Manager dans l'exécution des actions marketing afin de lui permettre de se concentrer davantage sur les sujets de croissance, d'acquisition et d'optimisation. Qualifications - Intérêt pour le marketing de contenu, le SEO et les enjeux d'acquisition dans un environnement B2B. - Capacité à produire des contenus clairs, structurés et adaptés à différents supports. - Aisance avec les outils de publication, de gestion de contenu, de documentation ou de création graphique simple. - Curiosité pour les sujets cloud, PaaS et cybersécurité, avec une capacité à analyser des indicateurs simples. - Utilisation des outils d'Intelligence Artificielle pour rechercher, structurer et produire des contenus. - Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle avec rigueur. - Goût du travail en équipe et des échanges avec différents métiers. - Curiosité, dynamisme, adaptabilité et envie d'apprendre. - Attention portée à la qualité des contenus et à leur impact sur l'expérience des utilisateurs. Requirements - Participer à l'optimisation SEO du site web. - Contribuer à améliorer la visibilité de Scalingo sur les moteurs de recherche et les assistants d'IA. - Réaliser des recherches de mots-clés et proposer des optimisations de contenus. - Participer au suivi des performances SEO et identifier des pistes d'amélioration. - Veiller à l'application des bonnes pratiques SEO lors des publications. - Participer à la rédaction et à la mise en forme d'articles de blog, posts LinkedIn, newsletters, pages web et cas clients. - Adapter les contenus aux différents canaux de diffusion. - Publier les contenus sur le CMS et les plateformes utilisées par l'équipe. - Réaliser une veille documentaire et concurrentielle. - Contribuer à la structuration de la bibliothèque de contenus marketing. - Participer à la préparation de salons, conférences, webinars et événements partenaires. - Contribuer à la coordination logistique (stands, goodies, supports, prestataires...). - Participer à la création et à l'actualisation des supports marketing. - Veiller à la cohérence des contenus avec l'identité de marque. - Participer aux bilans et aux retours d'expérience des événements. - Assurer le suivi des tâches dans les outils de gestion de projet. - Documenter les processus et les bonnes pratiques marketing. - Organiser les contenus et ressources de l'équipe. - Réaliser une veille marketing et concurrentielle. - Proposer des améliorations simples des méthodes de travail.
