Enterprise Account Executive

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close. • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on acquiring new enterprise logos. • Identify and engage key stakeholders including C-level executives, VPs, and other technology buyers. • Collaborate with solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals that align with the client’s cloud and data modernization needs. • Leverage our strategic partnerships with AWS and Snowflake, and more, to deliver cutting-edge solutions that resonate with enterprise buyers. • Lead discovery sessions and high-stakes conversations around cloud transformation, data analytics, and managed services. • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, leveraging BlueCloud’s capabilities and partnerships. • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM. • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business targets.
Alliances Manager

• Drive sales and revenue growth by expanding BlueCloud's strategic partner relationships and accelerating co-sell opportunities across current and prospective accounts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Snowflake sales teams, partner account managers, solution specialists, and executive stakeholders. • Develop and align target account strategies with BlueCloud sales leadership to drive growth within key markets and priority customers. • Create and execute joint go-to-market plans in partnership with Snowflake and other strategic technology partners. • Identify, qualify, and influence partner-sourced and partner-supported opportunities throughout the sales cycle. • Act as the primary liaison between BlueCloud and partner organizations, helping connect internal teams with the right resources to accelerate customer outcomes. • Enable BlueCloud's sales organization on partner programs, incentives, funding opportunities, and available resources. • Develop repeatable solution plays, workshops, accelerators, and industry-specific offerings that strengthen BlueCloud's market position. • Partner closely with marketing to plan and execute partner-facing and customer-facing events, campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives. • Track partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and key alliance metrics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement. • Foster internal alignment through regular communications, enablement sessions, newsletters, and community-building activities across sales and delivery teams. • Serve as a market ambassador for BlueCloud, representing the company at partner events, conferences, customer meetings, and industry gatherings.
Solutions Architect – Pre-Sales

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping define data, analytics, cloud, and AI strategies that align with business objectives. • Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution design engagements with client stakeholders ranging from engineering teams to executive leadership. • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing data and AI solutions leveraging Snowflake, cloud platforms, and modern data technologies. • Partner closely with sales teams to support business development efforts, including client presentations, solution proposals, technical demonstrations, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept engagements. • Collaborate with BlueCloud's advisory, sales, and delivery teams to ensure solution designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with customer requirements. • Design enterprise data architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, data pipelines, governance frameworks, and AI/ML environments. • Help customers evaluate and adopt Snowflake capabilities, including Cortex, AI applications, data sharing, governance, and advanced analytics solutions. • Guide cloud modernization and migration initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. • Develop reusable reference architectures, accelerators, best practices, and solution playbooks that improve delivery consistency and speed. • Provide architectural oversight throughout project delivery, ensuring solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and compliance requirements. • Mentor engineers, consultants, and junior architects while promoting architectural excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization. • Stay current on emerging trends across AI, data platforms, cloud technologies, and industry-specific innovation, bringing new ideas and perspectives to customers and internal teams. • Represent BlueCloud at customer events, partner meetings, industry conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.
Senior AI/ML Architect

• Design and implement Snowflake-centric cloud data and analytics architectures • Enable GenAI and advanced analytics solutions using Snowflake Cortex and data science platforms • Lead AWS–Snowflake integrations, networking, and secure connectivity • Build and oversee data pipelines, ingestion, and transformations • Integrate enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Postgres, and related platforms • Research, prototype, and productionize advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases • Own delivery in high-pressure, escalated, client-facing environments • Collaborate with consulting and delivery partners as needed
