Role Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate Third-Party Logistics (3PL) initiatives across the LATAM region as part of the programme. The successful consultant will be responsible for delivering complex logistics integration projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of warehouse and logistics solutions across South America. The role will work closely with the IT and Business stakeholders, external vendors (3PL/4PL), and regional project teams to deliver end-to-end project governance, planning, execution, testing, cutover support, and hypercare activities. Key Responsibilities - Project Management - Lead and manage 3PL implementation projects across LATAM, focusing on Brazil and other regional initiatives. - Perform 3PL scope assessments and alignment with business and technical stakeholders. - Own project governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. - Develop and maintain integrated project plans. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business representatives throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to our business standards. - Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Coordinate governance meetings and technical workshops with 3PL/4PL partners and our IT and Business stakeholders. - Build strong relationships with regional business teams and external vendors. - Facilitate project reviews, decision making, and issue resolution. - Provide regular status reporting to programme leadership. - Risk & Issue Management - Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks. - Manage issue resolution and escalate where appropriate. - Maintain project RAID logs and ensure timely closure of actions. - Project Delivery Support - Contribute to functional specification preparation and review. - Conduct user requirements technical assessments. - Review Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) specifications. - Support OQ/PQ execution and validation activities. - Assist in cutover planning and execution. - Plan data migration. - Facilitate knowledge transfer (KDD) activities. - Document project reviews. - Testing & Deployment - Coordinate Development, Integration Testing, Operational Qualification (OQ), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Track testing milestones and ensure successful completion. - Support deployment activities and interface readiness. - Facilitate successful cutover between us and external vendors. - Hypercare Support - Support post-go-live Hypercare activities. - Coordinate incident management and enhancement requests. - Work closely with Technical Development teams and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution. Key Deliverables - Project Charter aligned with the approved Statement of Work (SoW). - Integrated project plans and governance documentation. - Regular project status reports and Jira updates. - Risk and issue management documentation. - Coordination of governance meetings and technical workshops. - Functional specification and project review documentation. - Testing coordination across Development, Integration, OQ, and UAT phases. - Cutover planning support and data migration coordination. - Hypercare support for deployed countries and solutions. Qualifications - Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP Supply Chain or Logistics transformation projects. - Proven experience delivering Third-Party Logistics (3PL) implementations. - Experience managing multiple workstreams across international programmes. - Strong project governance and stakeholder management experience. - Experience coordinating external vendors and system integrators. - Demonstrated success managing project risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Technical Knowledge - Experience with SAP Supply Chain and Warehouse Management environments. - 3PL / 4PL integrations. - Warehouse Solutions (WHS). - Systems integration projects. - Jira and project reporting tools. - Data migration and cutover planning. - Validation activities (OQ/PQ). - User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Knowledge of the programme and pharmaceutical supply chain environments would be advantageous. Preferred Experience - Experience delivering logistics projects across LATAM, particularly Brazil. - Experience with warehouse implementations in South America. - Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and validation processes. - Understanding of complex enterprise system landscapes.
