Job Description

Partner Manager

PCG DACH

• Relationship Management & Strategy: You are the main point of contact for the partner. You conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), drive strategic milestones (e.g., Azure Expert MSP) and actively further develop the “PCG + Microsoft” narrative together with management. • Monetization & Marketplace: You steer the scaling of our marketplace business. As a funding driver, you ensure that every qualified enterprise deal (> €50k) is profitably supported through optimal use of funds (MDF, cash-back, POC funding). • Co‑Sell Orchestration: You act as the “resource guardian” and prioritize marketing and event activities based on strict ROI. You also organize mapping sessions between our internal areas and the Microsoft sales team. • Internal Enablement: You act as a multiplier and ambassador. Through sales masterclasses and regular updates you ensure our sales team knows and successfully leverages partner programs. • Governance: You are responsible for monitoring and managing all certifications critical to partner status (100% compliance).

Job Requirements

  • Strategic sales mindset: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and experience managing hyperscaler partnerships with a focus on Microsoft.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking: You are responsible for a P&L and think in terms of partner contribution (Revenue + Funding – Costs), not in tickets.
  • Proven track record: You bring demonstrable success in this environment or a similar business and contribute a hands‑on learning approach.
  • Hands‑on deal acceleration: Ability to identify complex sales processes, apply funding levers and proactively drive them to closure.
  • Strong communication skills: Confident presence at C‑level and the ability to act internally as an enabler for the sales organization.
  • Structured way of working: You are data‑driven, know your KPIs (especially Marketplace Adoption & Funding Penetration) and steer your activities according to measurable impact.
  • Personal qualities: You demonstrate high integrity, remain composed under pressure, show perseverance and the courage to initiate necessary changes and tackle challenges.
  • Team player with drive: You convince by being results‑oriented and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team of passionate experts.

Benefits

  • True flexibility: Work the way that fits your life – remote across Germany, hybrid, or from one of our offices in Austria (Linz & Vienna).
  • Workation: Want to work and discover new places? Use up to 30 days of workation per year and combine job and adventure.
  • Time off: Recharge with 25 days of vacation per year.
  • Your hardware, your choice: Mac, Windows or Linux – you decide what you prefer to work with.
  • Career development: Trainings, labs and certifications with AWS, Azure, Google & SAP – we push your cloud know‑how.
  • Feedback that matters: Regular development and salary reviews so you always know where you stand.
  • More than the basics: A diverse benefits program including a mobility package (e.g., ÖBB Vorteilscard, Klimaticket), Wellpass, bike leasing, company pension plan, childcare subsidy and more.
  • Team spirit: Whether team events (or hackathons), a summer party or a Christmas celebration – we celebrate success together.
