Job Description

Product Marketing Engineer

Synera

• You'll be joining Kacey and the Marketing team as Synera's first dedicated bottom-of-the-funnel product marketer. • You'll build the content, the narratives, and the reusable assets that make this possible across every channel and touchpoint. • You'll own product messaging end-to-end and work closely with Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Customer Success, technical SMEs, the Partner Marketing team, and channel owners. • Join the all-hands, then sync with Kacey and the CPO to align on the latest product capability updates. • Interview a technical SME about a new simulation use case before heading to your Claude projects to turn your notes into a messaging doc. • Review a competitive analysis and incorporate feedback in a battlecard.

Job Requirements

  • You have 5–8+ years in B2B product marketing, technical marketing, or solutions marketing — ideally in engineering software, simulation, CAx, PLM, or enterprise SaaS.
  • You have a background in engineering, simulation, or CAD software, and understand how engineers work.
  • You're an exceptional writer and storyteller who can translate complex technical workflows into narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
  • You’re excellent project manager with the ability to create highly efficient processes with attention to detail.
  • You work AI-first and are excited about building AI-supported content workflows from scratch.
  • You thrive with high ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • You're fluent in English; German is strongly preferred. French is a plus.

Benefits

  • Flexible working: you decide when & where to work (as long as you have a residency in Germany).
  • Flexible public holidays: swap days off according to your values and beliefs!
  • Home office setup support + access to our office in Bremen.
  • Personal development budget of €2,000 to attend conferences and trainings or buy interesting books to improve in an area of your choice.
  • We don't count your vacation days, as we trust all our team members to decide what's best for them and the company.
  • Regular team events, virtual coffee breaks, and spontaneous afterworks.
