Role Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong fintech, DLT, and trading and settlement experience to support a strategic initiative in the US. The project focuses on requirements engineering, process analysis, and cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams. The goal is to translate complex regulatory and business needs into clear technical requirements for platform development. You will work closely with stakeholders across technology, product management, and regulatory functions to ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and financial market regulations. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Requirements Engineer. - Background in fintech, DLT, trading and settlement, trading platforms, digital assets, or financial services. - Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks. - Exposure to US financial regulations or securities authorities (e.g., the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, etc.). - Experience documenting requirements using structured methodologies. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban). - Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate effectively between business and technical teams. - Fluent English (written and spoken). Requirements - Elicit, structure, and document business and technical requirements. - Translate stakeholder needs into clear and actionable specifications. - Produce structured requirement documentation including functional specifications and user stories. - Ensure requirement traceability throughout the development lifecycle. - Analyze current workflows and system processes. - Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance operational and system performance. - Act as the interface between product management, engineering, compliance, and operations teams. - Facilitate communication and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes. - Collaborate with system architects and engineering teams to validate technical feasibility. - Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. - Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification. - Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and milestones. - Maintain project documentation including status reports, risk registers, and implementation artefacts. - Facilitate communication and alignment between project stakeholders.
