Role Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong fintech, DLT, and trading and settlement experience to support a strategic initiative in the US. The project focuses on requirements engineering, process analysis, and cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams. The goal is to translate complex regulatory and business needs into clear technical requirements for platform development. You will work closely with stakeholders across technology, product management, and regulatory functions to ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and financial market regulations. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Requirements Engineer. - Background in fintech, DLT, trading and settlement, trading platforms, digital assets, or financial services. - Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks. - Exposure to US financial regulations or securities authorities (e.g., the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, etc.). - Experience documenting requirements using structured methodologies. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban). - Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate effectively between business and technical teams. - Fluent English (written and spoken). • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in AWS CDK (TypeScript): Development and management of infrastructure resources using the AWS Cloud Development Kit. • GitLab Management and GitLab Pipelines: Administration of GitLab instances and creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines. • Kubernetes Deployments (EKS): Deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS. • RDS Aurora (PostgreSQL): Management and optimization of Amazon RDS Aurora databases using PostgreSQL.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks. • Monitor and analyse market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that could impact the exchange. • Manage and update risk models to ensure they are accurate and reflect current market conditions. • Conduct regular risk assessments on various financial products and services the exchange offers. • Work closely with trading and compliance departments to ensure adherence to risk management protocols. • Provide regular risk reports to senior management, highlighting potential risk exposures and mitigation strategies. • Collaborate with IT departments to enhance risk management software and tools. • Lead crisis management efforts in the event of market disruptions or other risk events. • Conduct training and workshops for staff on risk awareness and risk management practices. • Participate in the development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Contractual and regulatory support for EU/US-focused digital asset products and funds. • Participation in compliance processes (AML, KYC, MiCA/SEC licensing). • Legal research on EU and US developments (MiCA, SEC decisions, digital asset regulation). • Collaboration with internal teams (Legal, Product, Operations) and external law firms. • Documentation and reporting on regulatory issues.
