• Prospecting and pipeline creation: Use creativity and initiative to approach global enterprises and build pipeline from scratch. • Sales cycle ownership: Guide prospects through the full sales process - building relationships, running discovery meetings, developing use cases, building stakeholder maps, and managing the commercial and legal steps through to close. • Discovery and solution mapping: Lead discovery calls with subject matter experts, map customer requirements, and identify where Pactum creates the most value across different parts of the organisation. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and the Enterprise team throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
Job Requirements
- Based in the United Kingdom
- 3-5 years in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of hitting quota consistently.
- Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments where deals take time and process discipline matters.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where not everything is figured out yet.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and drives deals forward without needing to be managed.

Key Responsibilities - Pipeline Generation: Execute high-volume outbound activity including 100+ dials per day, targeted emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate $80k–$120k in new monthly pipeline. - Full Cycle Closing: Lead discovery calls and deliver polished product demos, managing a 14–30 day sales cycle to meet aggressive monthly closing targets (stair-stepping to 20+ deals per month). - Process Architecture: Build and optimize outreach frameworks, objection-handling scripts, and CRM workflows to ensure 95%+ hygiene and data accuracy. - Strategic Leadership: Transition from individual production to managing a team of two, coaching them on performance metrics and ensuring the team maintains a 20–30% close rate on qualified opportunities. - Operational Excellence: Maintain a rapid response time (< 2 hours) to inbound inquiries and ensure a consistent show rate of 70%+ for all scheduled meetings.
