Key Responsibilities - Pipeline Generation: Execute high-volume outbound activity including 100+ dials per day, targeted emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate $80k–$120k in new monthly pipeline. - Full Cycle Closing: Lead discovery calls and deliver polished product demos, managing a 14–30 day sales cycle to meet aggressive monthly closing targets (stair-stepping to 20+ deals per month). - Process Architecture: Build and optimize outreach frameworks, objection-handling scripts, and CRM workflows to ensure 95%+ hygiene and data accuracy. - Strategic Leadership: Transition from individual production to managing a team of two, coaching them on performance metrics and ensuring the team maintains a 20–30% close rate on qualified opportunities. - Operational Excellence: Maintain a rapid response time (< 2 hours) to inbound inquiries and ensure a consistent show rate of 70%+ for all scheduled meetings. Qualifications - 4+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth sales environments, specifically building pipelines and closing net-new deals. - Deep understanding of the home services vertical (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar) and the ability to communicate effectively with small-to-medium business owners. - A proven "hunter" mentality with significant experience in cold calling and a track record of exceeding activity KPIs. - Expert-level demo presentation skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-volume sales cycle. - Experience building sales processes and enforcing CRM compliance to create a predictable revenue engine. - Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the PST timezone.
