• Design and deliver tailored training sessions for sales team, focusing on core sales skills like communication, customer handling, and objection management. • Facilitate interactive sessions such as role-plays, group discussions, and scenario-based learning to build confidence and sales acumen. • Develop and implement product training modules, ensuring the team understands features, benefits, and unique selling points. • Equip trainees with the ability to position products effectively to customers and handle product-specific queries. • Update training materials regularly to align with product updates or new launches. • Conduct structured, high-impact training sessions both in-person and virtually as needed. • Organize periodic refresher training programs to enhance skill retention and address knowledge gaps. • Assess participants’ learning through mock sales pitches, quizzes, and practical exercises. • Provide constructive feedback and actionable guidance to improve individual performance. • Stay informed about industry trends and modern training techniques to continuously enhance the training process. • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine training modules.

• Deliver official Microsoft courseware in live, instructor-led formats (virtual and in-person as needed) • Train enterprise professionals on Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and AI/Copilot tools • Design and adapt training content to match the learning needs and skill levels of diverse enterprise audiences • Guide learners through hands-on labs, exercises, and real-world use case scenarios • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback aligned with Microsoft certification pathways • Stay current with the latest Microsoft product updates, courseware revisions, and certification changes • Collaborate with IK’s curriculum and delivery teams to ensure quality and consistency of training outcomes

• Curriculum Development: The instructor is responsible for assisting our subject matter expert (Cyber Security Engineers) with technical review and providing suggestions on the Cyber Security teaching curriculum per the overall learning objective and industry requirements. • Instruction Delivery: Conduct lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions to teach Cyber Security Engineering principles, algorithms, and methodologies. Instructors may use various teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions. • Industry Engagement: Staying current with the latest trends and advancements in Cyber Security and related fields, engaging with industry professionals, and collaborating on projects or internships to provide students with real-world experiences. • Research and Development: Conducting research in Cyber Security and contributing to developing new techniques, models, or applications. • Constantly improve the session flow and delivery by working with other instructors, subject matter experts, and the IK team. • Help the IK team in onboarding and training other instructors and coaches. • Have regular discussions with IK’s curriculum team in evolving the curriculum. • Should be willing to work on weekends/evenings and be available as per the Pacific time zone. • Streamlining curriculum to align with Cyber Security roles in tier-1 companies. • Developing interview-relevant content and case studies for the program.

• Responsible for planning, executing and maintaining performance marketing campaigns across channels. • Responsible for end to end Creative strategy to scale and optimize performance marketing. • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. • Run and analyze continuous multiple experiments to find new opportunities for growth and efficiency. • Demonstrate ability to work at both the planning level (generating ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data). • Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on daily basis and create performance reports.

• You will be closely working with a team of other experienced developers and doing pretty much everything, from developing large features to fixing on-call bugs. • You will be designing and developing new APIs, optimizing/fixing bugs in the existing APIs, and writing tests for the APIs. • If there are any on-call bugs, resolving them will be your first priority. And then, you will continue working on the feature development planned for the sprint. • Additionally, if you have experience/interest in front-end development, you will be contributing to front-end development in NextJS and jQuery.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks that can be reused across different types of testing (UI, API, performance, security) instead of writing isolated scripts. • Driving an AI-first testing strategy by integrating AI-driven solutions into the QA process. • Implementing and scaling Playwright-based automation across web applications (Python/Django + JavaScript/NextJS). • Performing manual testing where required (e.g., exploratory testing, edge cases, or quick validation), but spending the majority of time on automation. • Building CI/CD-integrated test systems to ensure continuous, reliable test coverage. • Identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and risks in automation pipelines and resolving them proactively. • Ensuring test reliability, maintainability, and scalability by focusing on frameworks, not one-off scripts. • Mentoring junior QA engineers and collaborating with developers, DevOps, and product teams to raise quality standards.

• Design and execute targeted nurture sequences to re-engage leads from secondary lead magnets, aligned with overall marketing objectives. • Drive stronger adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and keep the team updated on new features. • A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis. • Create engaging email & whatsapp content and design templates that resonate with our target audience. • Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like SFMC, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Drive creative excellence to uplift the performance of campaigns. • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts. • Monitoring and reporting of email campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Work closely with all the internal teams to continuously improve the learning experience Maintaining daily trackers, comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM etc. • Communicating to students via calls, email, direct message, video, or a mix of communication strategies. • Mentoring & motivating students and connecting them to guidance coaches and career coaches as and when required. • Serve as the single point of contact for all students queries and concerns
