Role Description As a Project Manager, you will lead diverse, cross-functional projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and quality across Seco’s global Sales organization. You’ll be the connector—coordinating stakeholders, steering project planning and execution, and ensuring every initiative delivers on time, on budget, and to specification. - Build and manage comprehensive project plans. - Lead and motivate project teams. - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. - Drive documentation, reporting, and communication. - Manage risks, changes, and deviations. - Conduct project closure activities. - Work in a fast-paced, global environment. - Execution of strategic sales initiatives. Qualifications - 5-8 years of project management experience. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - Strong project management, change management, and communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. - Fluent in English. - Preferably holds certifications such as PMP, Agile, or IPMA. - Comfortable in virtual, multicultural, and global teams. - Curious and open to new ideas. - Able to prioritize, make things happen, and inspire others.
