OLIVER Agency - North AmericaOLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected. OLIVER has set ambitious environmental goals around sustainability. Collectively, we work towards our mission, embedding sustainability into every department and through every stage of the project lifecycle.
Role Description This is an opportunity to join OLIVER's dedicated in-house studio embedded with a leading healthcare education institution as Senior Copywriter — crafting content that helps adult learners, working professionals, and healthcare workers take the most important step of their careers. You'll write across the full content spectrum — email, paid social, digital display, web, and video — for five distinct higher education brands with different voices, audiences, and program portfolios. Your work bridges the gap between curiosity and choice, delivering answers that make a complex decision feel clearer. You'll work within a high-velocity, AI-augmented studio where Pencil is part of the workflow, and creative quality is never compromised by speed. Qualifications - A portfolio of strong writing across digital channels — email, social, web, and campaign copy — that demonstrates both craft and strategic thinking. - Proven ability to write in multiple brand voices with precision, adapting tone and register for different audiences and contexts. - Experience writing in or adjacent to higher education, healthcare, or mission-driven categories is a strong differentiator; an understanding of adult learner psychology and high-stakes decision-making is particularly valued. - Experience working in high-volume content production environments, with an organized, deadline-driven working style. - A collaborative, mentoring mindset — you invest in the quality of the team's work, not just your own. - Advanced use of AI writing and content tools to enhance creative output and production efficiency. - Experience designing AI-assisted content workflows for self and team — including prompting strategies, editorial QA processes, and quality benchmarking. - Ability to train others on effective AI tool usage within a copywriting context. - Rigorous human editorial oversight: clear judgment on when AI enhances versus detracts from creative quality and brand integrity. Requirements - Write high-quality copy across all channels and formats — email, paid social, digital display, web, and video scripts. - Maintain deep brand fluency across all five healthcare education institutions, understanding the distinct voice, audience, and compliance requirements of each. - Collaborate with Art Directors and the Associate Creative Director to ensure copy and design integrate seamlessly across all assets. - Mentor and support junior Copywriters in the Toronto team, providing clear creative feedback and guidance. - Work within Pencil and other AI-assisted tools to enhance content production speed and quality — using AI to explore and iterate while maintaining rigorous human editorial judgment. - Manage multiple concurrent briefs within OMG, prioritizing effectively and delivering to agreed SLAs without compromising quality. - Ensure all copy is audience-appropriate, brand-compliant, and sensitive to the compliance requirements of higher education and healthcare marketing. - Contribute to the development of campaign concepts, content frameworks, and messaging strategies alongside the CRM Strategy Lead and ACD. - Participate in brand immersion and onboarding sessions to build deep institutional knowledge of university programs, audiences, and marketing priorities. Benefits - Base salary range from CAD $114,750.00 to $128,250.00. - Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Company Description OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected. Role Description This is not a listing-maintenance or account-babysitting role, and it is not an agency-management seat. It is a senior channel-ownership role. Amazon is a critical demand-capture channel for our brands, and today it is run by an external agency and under-scaled. Your mandate is to bring it in-house, grow it into a profitable, seven-figure-per-month channel from a low base, and build the team around it. You will own the full Amazon P&L end to end, from Seller Central operations to advertising to catalog to contribution margin. Fulfillment today is FBM from China, so you will manage cross-border logistics and lead times alongside the numbers. Brand Registry is in place but needs optimization. You will build the growth roadmap, run the paid and organic playbook, coordinate inventory and fulfillment so we never stock out on a hero product, and report directly to the founders while partnering closely with Revenue. Growth has to be profitable, not subsidized. You are the single point of ownership for everything that happens on Amazon, and over time you will hire and lead the team that scales it. What You Will Own - Channel P&L and growth: Owning Amazon revenue, contribution margin, and the roadmap to grow the channel into a profitable seven-figure-per-month business from a low base. Reporting weekly on TACoS, ACoS, contribution margin, organic rank, and marketplace revenue share. - Seller Central operations: Managing catalog, listings, A+ content, storefront, and variations, and optimizing the existing Brand Registry setup. Owning account health, case management, and compliance for a health and wellness catalog in restricted categories. - Advertising: Building and managing PPC across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, aligning paid with organic, and holding disciplined, profitable spend. - Fulfillment and inventory: Managing FBM fulfillment from China, including cross-border logistics and lead times, and coordinating with supply chain to forecast demand and prevent stockouts and excess through Prime Day and Q4. - Conversion and content: Improving copy, imagery, video, and A+ content to drive conversion rate and organic ranking, and protecting brand integrity on the storefront. - Team and systems: Building and leading the Amazon team over time, and documenting the reporting, dashboards, and SOPs that make the channel visible and maintainable. Qualifications - Senior, hands-on experience owning and scaling an Amazon P&L. Brand-side, in-house ownership is ideal. We are also open to a strong agency-side Key Account Manager who has owned full-funnel, 360-degree performance for brands and is ready to run it in-house. - Deep Seller Central expertise across PPC, listing and A+ optimization, Brand Registry, catalog, and account health. You can do the work yourself and set the standard for a team. - Fluency in the numbers: You read TACoS, ACoS, contribution margin, and organic rank instantly and connect each to a decision, and you grow profitably rather than buying growth. - Experience with FBM and cross-border fulfillment, ideally from China, and a habit of working closely with supply chain on forecasting and lead times. - Experience operating in a restricted or health category, such as supplements or health devices, and navigating Amazon compliance and claims, is strongly preferred. - The maturity to build and lead a team as the channel scales, plus a builder-operator mindset for a lean, fast, remote environment. Strong written and verbal English. Nice to Have - Experience bringing Amazon in-house from an agency, or scaling a channel from a low base. - Multi-marketplace experience across Walmart or TikTok Shop. - Background in DTC health and wellness or supplements. - Comfort with AI tools in a daily operating workflow. Benefits - A fully remote leadership position with real ownership over a function you will build and lead, and direct visibility with the founders. - Compensation paid in USD, receivable in any USD account or wallet you use. - A monthly performance bonus tied to your KPIs, on top of base. - Full schedule flexibility within our async-first model: outside the 8am to 12pm EST collaboration window, you manage your own time and are measured on outcomes, not hours. - Paid time off. - The mandate and budget to build and grow your team as the channel scales.
