Role Description This is the seat that runs marketing for Hyprwork as the company transitions from a founder-led operation into a multi-brand holding. You replace the operational footprint of our outgoing CMO, who moves into a founder and visionary role alongside our CEO. You own marketing strategy, execution, and P&L for the entire Hyprwork portfolio, today centered on Rejuvacare and expanding into new brands over the next four to eight quarters. This is not a strategy-only seat or a corporate CMO post. Hyprwork is a performance-first DTC business that has scaled 12x in a single year on paid acquisition discipline, brand execution, and operational excellence. The CMO here is expected to know the numbers, run the team hands-on, and build the structure that lets marketing scale beyond the founders' direct involvement. You inherit a marketing organization with: - An established performance marketing function (paid acquisition under five channel pod leads) - A creative production engine producing hundreds of assets per week - Developing brand and lifecycle capabilities You own the design of the next layer of marketing leadership and the build-out as the brand portfolio expands. The founder transition is the defining context of this role. Our founders are stepping back from day-to-day marketing operations but remain deeply invested in brand direction, portfolio strategy, and company outcomes. This is not a clean handover into a vacuum. You are stepping into a seat previously operated by a founder who is becoming your closest strategic partner. The first three to six months are a trust-building phase. You will collaborate closely, demonstrate judgment, and earn the decision rights of the seat before operating fully independently. Comfort with that dynamic, the patience to navigate it, and the maturity not to mistake collaboration for interference are non-negotiable. What You Will Own - Marketing Strategy and P&L: You own marketing strategy across the Hyprwork portfolio: brand direction, channel mix, budget allocation, customer acquisition and retention strategy, and the P&L for marketing spend. - Performance Marketing and Growth: You own the performance marketing function strategically, with five channel pod leads executing tactically across Meta, Google, Native, AppLovin, and TikTok. - Creative Function: You own the creative production machine that feeds every paid channel. A Creative Manager leads the function with sub-leads across video editing, AI video, graphic design, and copy. - Brand, Lifecycle, and Customer Marketing: You own how Hyprwork's brands show up across every customer touchpoint and how they compound value beyond the first purchase. - Team Leadership and Org Design: You inherit a team and the responsibility to develop it. You manage the existing pod lead and creative director layer. - Cross-Functional Leadership: You sit on the executive leadership team and partner closely with Operations, CX, Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and People and Culture. - Founder Partnership: You work directly with our CEO and our outgoing CMO, who moves into a founder advisor role. - Portfolio Expansion: You partner with the founders on portfolio strategy and own the marketing-side execution of every new brand launch. Qualifications - 7+ years in DTC marketing leadership, with at least 3 years as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or Head of Marketing at a DTC business doing $30M or more in annual revenue, ideally in health and wellness, supplements, beauty, or regulated consumer verticals. - Demonstrated track record scaling a DTC business through paid acquisition. - Hands-on experience managing a creative production function, not just a brand team. - Experience leading and developing senior marketing leaders across performance, creative, and brand tracks. - Prior experience working alongside founders or executive sponsors in a scaling business. Skills - Deep fluency in DTC marketing metrics and economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback windows, retention curves, channel attribution, brand health. - Creative function ownership. - Strong people leadership at executive scale. - Clear, direct communication. Mindset You are a hands-on executive, not a corporate one. You read dashboards, sit in retros, challenge creative briefs. You hold both speed and quality as standards, not preferences. You operate transparently with founders, take their input seriously, and never mistake collaboration for loss of authority. You make decisions, own outcomes, communicate trade-offs. You see your job as building a marketing function that scales well beyond your direct involvement. Benefits - Executive-level compensation: $18,000 to $25,000 USD per month base, plus performance bonus tied to company outcomes. - Direct partnership with founders who are deeply engaged strategically and committed to making the transition work. - Full ownership of a marketing function inside a business that has scaled 12x in a year, with a clear path to multi-brand expansion. - A team that is already built, already running, and ready for the leadership layer it has not had. - The kind of seat that defines a career, not a resume line.

Role Description The Sourcing Specialist is Hyprwork's on-the-ground execution partner inside the China manufacturing ecosystem. This is not a strategic sourcing role abstracted from the factory floor. It is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you own the relationships with our OEM partners, negotiate the commercial terms that determine our margin, and make sure product moves from idea to finished goods in days, not months. You will work directly with our Supply Chain & Logistics Manager (based in HQ) to keep our product pipeline running. The pace is fast: we run rapid product cycles, we test new SKUs aggressively, and we expect samples in marketers' hands within a week of a brief. When something breaks in the chain (a delayed shipment, a quality issue, a factory backing out of an MOQ commitment), you are the first line of defense and the first person with a recommendation. This role exists because as Hyprwork scales, the gap between an idea and a shippable product needs to keep shrinking. Your job is to close that gap, every day. What You Will Own - Sourcing & Product Development: Sourcing new products and managing end-to-end development from idea to finished goods within approximately one week. Identifying suitable suppliers within the China manufacturing network, qualifying them on quality, capacity, and reliability. Continuously developing new sourcing opportunities to expand options and reduce single-supplier dependency. - Commercial Negotiation: Negotiating and continuously improving commercial terms across product pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities, and lead times. Holding suppliers accountable to agreed terms and using market knowledge to drive better outcomes over time. - PO & Shipment Coordination: Monitoring purchase order status closely, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure on-time shipment and delivery. Managing payment requests in coordination with Finance and maintaining accurate PO and payment tracking systems. - Inventory & Cash Flow Balance: Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for business demand while maintaining healthy inventory turnover and cash flow balance. Flagging stock risks early, before they become fulfillment problems. - UGC Sample Coordination: Coordinating UGC samples with suppliers, internal UGC teams, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of samples for content creation and marketing campaigns. This is a high-frequency, time-sensitive workflow tied directly to marketing's content pipeline. - Risk & Quality Management: Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, production delays, and logistics issues proactively. Maintaining strong supplier relationships built on trust, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through. Qualifications - 3 to 7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. - Strong DTC or e-commerce sourcing experience is strongly preferred. - Solid understanding of the China manufacturing ecosystem and supplier landscape, including how to qualify factories and read commercial terms in context. - Experience in exporting, international logistics, and cross-border supply chain coordination, including air and sea freight workflows. Requirements - Proven negotiation skills across pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities, and supplier contracts. You can describe specific moments where you improved commercial outcomes, not just maintained them. - Fluent in Mandarin (native or near-native). Working English required for cross-border communication with the HQ team, asynchronous written collaboration on Slack and Asana, and weekly syncs with the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager. - Comfortable with PO systems, Excel tracking, and inventory management tools. Familiarity with Asana and Slack is a plus. The internal stack is Asana (operational backbone), Slack (communication), Google Workspace (formal documents), and BambooHR (HR records). - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where speed and accuracy both matter. You bring a recommendation alongside every problem you raise. You do not wait to be chased on a deliverable, and you do not let a supplier issue become someone else's surprise. Nice to Have - Experience working with fast-growing DTC brands or startups in the health, wellness, or consumer goods categories. - Familiarity with air freight and sea freight coordination and direct relationships with 3PLs. - Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance cost, speed, and quality. - Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple SKUs across rapid product cycles. Benefits - Fully remote position. - Monthly USD compensation paid via Wise on a contractor basis. - Performance reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days, followed by Hyprwork's quarterly performance cycle. - Flexible days of PTO per year, pro-rated in your first year, resetting on your work anniversary. - Days of marriage leave. - Days of bereavement leave for immediate family. - Days of parental leave, including adoption, for both primary and secondary caregivers. - Welcome gift of [amount not specified]. - Company-funded computer after 1 year of tenure, refreshed every 3 years. - $70 USD monthly wellness allowance covering cleaning services, childcare, gym, therapy, or home ergonomics. - Birthday gift card. - In-country meetup allowance. - Direct collaboration with the Head of People & Culture, with real ownership over People Operations from day one. - A high-growth, remote-first, async-first environment that rewards proactive thinking and output. - Exposure to scaling a 150-person global organization across 15+ countries. - Career path within an IC track that values expertise as much as management progression.
Role Description This is a hands-on creative strategy role at the center of a high-volume, direct-response advertising operation. You will not just make ads. You will define the strategic framework that determines which ads get made, why they get made, and how they get tested, iterated, and scaled. Hyprwork runs a creative engine that fuels significant daily ad spend across various platforms. You will work across the full creative lifecycle and across channels with very different creative requirements. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response advertising within DTC, ecommerce, or high-volume paid media environments. - A proven track record of crafting and iterating on high-converting video ads, UGC content, advertorials, and direct-response creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and ideally Native platforms. - Deep understanding of sales psychology, persuasive copywriting principles, and buyer persona frameworks. - Experience with creative diagnostics tools and methodologies for managing ad freshness, variety, and fatigue across large creative portfolios. Requirements - Confident reading and interpreting creative KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPA, Hook Rate, Thumbstop Rate, View Rate, and conversion metrics. - Experience designing and managing A/B testing frameworks for creative variables. - Strong briefing skills and the ability to provide sharp feedback on creative output. - Experience working cross-functionally with media buyers, growth teams, copywriters, and video editors. Benefits - A fully remote position with real ownership over the creative strategy. - Competitive compensation and exposure across a growing portfolio of DTC brands. - A data-driven team that shares results openly. - A culture that values speed, intellectual honesty, and continuous improvement.
