Lead Solutions Architect, Commercial GTM

Cyclops

• Lead technical strategy and discovery for Cyclops’s most important commercial opportunities. • Partner with Sales as the senior technical counterpart throughout complex and strategic sales cycles. • Design solution architectures and opportunity landscape assessments that connect client needs to Cyclops’s capabilities. • Shape the path from opportunity to implementation, ensuring proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially viable and grounded in what Cyclops can successfully deliver. • Bring together the right leaders and subject-matter experts across Product, Engineering and other teams to answer hard questions, validate feasibility and find a path forward. • Translate between technical and commercial teams, making complex requirements understandable, actionable and aligned across both internal and client stakeholders. • Own the technical transition from commercial opportunity to implementation, ensuring Client Success has the context, requirements, decisions and risks needed to move quickly after close.

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting or another customer-facing technical role supporting complex or strategic clients.
  • A track record of leading technical discovery and solution design for complex enterprise or strategic opportunities from early evaluation through a clear path to implementation.
  • Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, systems architecture and data flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to take complex or ambiguous business and technical requirements and turn them into clear, practical and scalable solution approaches.
  • The ability to operate as a trusted technical advisor while maintaining strong commercial judgment and keeping sight of the broader business opportunity.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively with engineers, product leaders, commercial teams and senior executives.
  • High ownership, strong judgment and a bias toward action, with the ability to drive complex decisions and bring the right people together without relying on formal authority.

Role Description Our Risk Solutions department is seeking a Service Manager to support New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. This is a work from home role with regional travel. This is a Full-time, Exempt role. This is a dedicated account service position responsible for providing high quality consultative services and technical support to policy holders. Provides regional support on service management as well as marketing and stewardship support for underwriting. In this role, you will: - Manage a book of service accounts by acting as a single point of contact on multi-location accounts and by allocating resources based on account need. - Develop and execute service plans focused on loss and exposure reduction. - Assist regional underwriting in new business development, account improvement, and retention through stewardship. - Possess strong knowledge of policy holder services and act as a regional resource for staff and underwriter training on these services. - Coordinate among geographic regions on service assignments. - Assist the Risk Solutions Field Director in overseeing execution of service by field staff and provide coaching/feedback when needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Risk Management, engineering or equivalent undergraduate degree with relevant work experience preferred. - 7+ years of experience in Risk Solutions handling middle market commercial accounts with strong emphasis on service. - ARM and/or CFPS preferred. - Customer service focused - Consistently displays awareness and sensitivity to the needs of internal and/or external clients/customers. Proactively ensures these needs are met or exceeded. - Strong time management skills – must be able to effectively plan and organize work to achieve desired outcomes. Demonstrates flexibility in applying different approaches to changing work demands.
