AI Solutions Engineer – AI Enablement Engineer
SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE
• Partner with business teams to identify high-value AI use cases across company functions, translating business needs into clear solution ideas. • Design and build AI-powered solutions using large language models, AI assistants, APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents and workflow automation. • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to connect AI solutions to trusted enterprise data and enable scalable use through Azure Databricks capabilities. • Rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate business value, technical feasibility and user experience before moving solutions closer to production. • Support change management and user adoption, helping stakeholders understand, test and successfully use new AI-enabled workflows.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI solution design, prompt engineering and LLM application development.
- Confident working with Python, AI agents and workflow automation tools as well as modern data platforms such as Azure Databricks.
- Enjoy turning complex business processes into practical AI solutions and feel comfortable facilitating conversations with different stakeholders.
- Care about building AI solutions that are useful, reliable and adopted by real users — not just impressive in a demo.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
