We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team. The Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in driving the adoption and retention of our Healthcare customers. This involves: - Assisting in qualification - Driving alignment on a vision to solve the client’s challenges - Architecting how our solutions can integrate into client infrastructure - Delivering the final pitch - Providing some post-sales support The portfolio includes: - Identity Verification/Proofing solutions - Identity/Patient Management Suite - Provider Data Insights solutions - Claims Insights products The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of at least one solution line listed above, with general awareness of the others. A general knowledge of the Healthcare Ecosystem, with deeper knowledge of one of our markets (Payer, Provider, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences) is highly desirable. Qualifications - Deep understanding of industry trends - Effective communication skills - Ability to navigate complex customer interactions - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors - Proven problem-solving skills, adept at identifying problems and producing innovative solutions - Effective tactical and strategic thinking skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - 5 years + in client-facing roles, including familiarity with a complex solution selling methodology - Bachelor’s degree Requirements - Experience with LexisNexis Risk Solutions products - General understanding of the healthcare industry and key data sources - Familiarity with the role Identity Verification/Authentication plays within overall IAM Platform and Strategy Benefits - Annual incentive bonus eligibility - Country-specific benefits Company Description This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
