• Lead end-to-end forward deployments of 1mind’s products — from technical scoping and system design through production rollout inside customer web environments. • Ramp rapidly on unfamiliar web applications, tracing and debugging HTML/DOM and rendering issues across static, server-rendered, and client-rendered architectures. • Build and maintain robust UI automation using Playwright, Puppeteer, and Chrome DevTools Protocol to drive reliable agent behavior across desktop and mobile, and across Chrome/Chromium, Firefox, Safari/WebKit, and Edge. • Work hands-on with the AI orchestration layer — prompts, retrieval, and agent configuration — to tune Superhuman behavior for each customer’s product and workflows. • Handle real-world auth and web state — cookies, sessions, tokens, and local/session storage — to make deployments secure and resilient. • Serve as the senior technical partner to customer engineering teams: run technical discovery, translate business needs into deployment plans, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Codify what works into repeatable playbooks, internal tooling, and documentation that make every subsequent deployment faster. • Feed deployment insights back into the product roadmap, working closely with engineering and product leadership.
• Map operational workflows across the business, beginning with Sales and expanding across the broader organization • Partner closely with Revenue Operations to identify high-impact opportunities for AI • Drive adoption by creating documentation, guardrails, and training • Partner with Engineering when solutions require custom development • Scale successful AI playbooks beyond go-to-market
• Connect with customer-obsessed professionals who want to own outcomes from onboarding through renewal and expansion • Always looking to build a talent community for future Customer Success opportunities
• Develop optimal prompts and context management strategies using large language models for customers. • Work closely with Customer Success and Services team to tweak prompts and troubleshoot. • Review conversations and feedback to edit and author complex, dynamic prompts. • Document your work and teach others within the company. • Proactively lead initiatives as the landscape evolves.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior GTM roles (AE, RevOps, CSM, sales engineering, marketing, and GTM leadership) • Build and convert pipeline directly from your network — not from generic outbound • Partner with the executive team and hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate the bar, and run a tight, high-conviction interview process • Sell candidates on the mission, the product, and the team with the same rigor a top AE sells the platform • Stand up and continuously improve the GTM recruiting process — ATS hygiene, scorecards, interview kits, calibration sessions, candidate experience, and pipeline reporting • Verify attainment with rigor — debriefs, peer references, deal walk-throughs — to separate strong closers from candidates who rode a great territory • Act as a culture carrier — protect the bar and represent 1mind in the broader GTM talent market
• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles (AI/ML, applied research, infra, fullstack, platform, and engineering leadership) • Build and convert pipeline directly from your network — not from generic outbound • Partner with the executive team and hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate the bar, and run a tight, high-conviction interview process • Sell candidates on the mission, the product, and the technical depth of the team with the same rigor a top AE sells the platform • Stand up and continuously improve the technical recruiting process — ATS hygiene, scorecards, interview kits, calibration sessions, candidate experience, and pipeline reporting • Stay credible in technical conversations across sub-disciplines — a rubric for distinguishing strong applied AI/ML engineers from elite ones, not just 'volume sourcer for engineers' • Act as a culture carrier — protect the bar and represent 1mind in the broader engineering and AI talent market

• Design and build layered security controls across OS, Kubernetes, networks, identity, and CI/CD to protect high-value assets. • Drive deployment of security enhancements and policy changes across multi-region infrastructure. • Lead high-impact initiatives: checkpoint/model artifact protection and encryption, network isolation and segmentation, secrets and machine identity, policy-as-code, and secure storage/access pathways. • Automate detection, prevention, and response with guardrails and paved paths (IaC modules, validated baselines, admission controls). • Embed security into developer workflows (shift-left reviews, SAST/DAST/SCA, SBOM, provenance), and instrument robust observability for security signals. • Partner on risk assessments, threat modeling, and incident response; deliver postmortems and durable mitigations. • Champion a healthy security culture that enables rapid iteration while meeting reliability, safety, and compliance expectations.
