• Architect Superhuman Activation: Lead the technical discovery and 'blueprint' phase for new customers, mapping their existing business systems to our AI framework • System Mapping & Integration: Design and implement the data flows between 1mind agents and client tech stacks (CRMs, MAPs, APIs, and proprietary databases) • Experiential Configuration: Fine-tune Superhuman experiential elements such as visualizations, logic gates, and response triggers • Customer Consultation: Serve as the technical face of the services team, guiding stakeholders through the activation journey and translating complex technical hurdles into clear, actionable outcomes • Quality Assurance & Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing of agent behaviors pre & post-deployment to ensure peak performance and reliability • Feedback Loop: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for new features and platform enhancements based on real-world activation challenges

• Translate business requirements into technical strategies • Architect solutions on to MMA data platforms • Design enterprise data architecture and solutions across MMA’s cloud and hybrid data platforms • Lead the Design and Architecture of enterprise solutions across MMA’s Agency management software, EHB and CRM domains • Develop and maintain solution blueprints for core platforms, including Agency management systems, GCP, Azure Databricks, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL • Define and enforce standards for medallion architecture for MMA’s data Lakehouse • Establish secure and scalable integration patterns and data flows between AMS, HRIS, CRM, Azure Cloud, and development systems • Collaborate with the Data Governance Council to align solution architecture • Drive adoption of metadata management and data lineage practices within Databricks Unity Catalog

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs that expose enterprise system capabilities to AI agents and agentic workflows in a secure and controlled manner. • Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) server implementations that provide AI agents with structured, secure, and auditable access to enterprise tools, data sources, and services. • Build and manage integrations with key enterprise platforms including ServiceNow (workflow triggers, CMDB queries, ticket management), Okta (identity and access queries, group management), and ERP/financial systems. • Implement security controls for all integration endpoints: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication, API gateway policies, rate limiting, input sanitization, payload validation, and comprehensive audit logging. • Collaborate with Agentic AI Engineers to define MCP tool specifications and ensure agents can reliably invoke enterprise actions with appropriate authorization checks and operational guardrails. • Maintain comprehensive API documentation and an integration catalog so the team can build on existing ‘paved paths’ rather than re-implementing integrations from scratch. • Monitor integration health, SLA adherence, and error rates; implement alerting and graceful degradation patterns so agent failures are isolated and recoverable. • Work with the AI governance team to ensure integration designs comply with data classification policies, access control requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. • Evaluate and onboard new enterprise system integrations as the team’s scope of automation expands to additional business units and platforms. • Contribute to the team’s security review process for agent tool definitions, ensuring tool permissions follow the principle of least privilege.

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, business objectives, and modernization initiatives. • Design solution architectures leveraging Mendix, ICX, AI services, and enterprise systems. • Conduct technical workshops, architecture sessions, and executive briefings. • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle. • Deliver compelling business and technical demonstrations tailored to customer use cases. • Design and develop proof-of-concepts and prototype applications using Mendix. • Demonstrate integration with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and AI services. • Showcase best practices for application governance, scalability, security, and lifecycle management. • Position and demonstrate Intelligence Center X (ICX) as part of Siemens' broader AI and digital transformation strategy. • Help customers understand how to leverage enterprise data, AI, and intelligent automation to improve business outcomes. • Design and demonstrate AI-powered business applications utilizing Mendix, ICX, and Generative AI technologies. • Develop customer-specific demonstrations showcasing intelligent workflows, copilots, assistants, predictive insights, and automation scenarios. • Educate customers on AI architecture patterns including agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge graphs, and enterprise AI governance.
