• You will be servicing Imaging Equipment in the Northern Michigan area. • You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision. • You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. • You will manage financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management. • Ensure that all tool and test equipment expiration dates are managed, and that no overdue calibration test equipment is used or maintained in the field and usage of tool and test is documented on eFSR. • You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately. • Provides mentoring to other CSE’s on all competencies and responsibilities.

• Commissioning and startup of high purity water and wastewater systems • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues and drive solutions • Conduct site surveys, system testing, and performance validation • Work with PLC controls (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and process instrumentation • Work on various low-voltage and power systems including 24 VDC, 120 VAC, 220 VAC, 208/277 VAC, 480 VAC • Interpret and update P&IDs, schematics, and technical documentation • Provide on-site customer training and technical support • Support equipment maintenance, including pumps, valves, and piping systems • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

• Maintains effective communications with key customers and field team members to ensure product enhancements/improvements are complete and accurate. • Maintains frequent contact with key customers which requires a high degree of tact and courtesy. • Acts as the expert in product knowledge/subject matter. • Performs highly complex diagnostic procedures. • Prepares reports for senior leadership displaying interpreted test information to resolve design/system related problems and to ensure continuous improvement. • Communicates technical information to technical/non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership. • Ensures that key customers and field teams are kept informed on outstanding issues and recommends system enhancements, upgrades, or repairs.

Role Description Field Service Support Technician will perform Installation, Commissioning, Electromechanical Troubleshooting, Repair/Adjustments and Modifications to GE High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnect Switches, Capacitor Banks. - Perform Installation and initial starts-ups. - Perform mechanical work in electrical substations. - Inspect equipment, structures, and materials at designated sites to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. - Service, repair, and adjust parts of equipment that operates largely based on mechanical principles. - Analyze information and evaluate results to select the best solution and resolve customer issues. - Perform physical activities that require considerable dexterity and agility. - Support GE Factory Production and other GE Departments as needed. - Operate man lifts and reach fork truck. - Supervise and give direction to contractors, customer personnel, and junior GE Field Technicians. - Complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner including Field Service Reports, timecards, and expense reports. - Interface between GE and Customer. Qualifications - Associate's degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology or a highly related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience manufacturing (preference given to field experience). - Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings. - Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time within the US and abroad via air travel and car rental. Requirements - Preferred experience in troubleshooting & repair of electrical control circuits. - Preferred experience in mechanical assembly of circuit breakers.
