Director of International Development
LINC
• Cultivate and maintain our Child Sponsor Program • Assist with oversight of activities at the Awasi Education Centre • Nurture relationships with Kenyan organizations and communities • Manage Child Sponsor Program • Work with Awasi Education Centre's Director of Child Sponsorship to identify and enroll students, create and maintain child profiles, and facilitate relationship between sponsors and students • Communicate updated student information, progress, photos and letters with: current Child Sponsors LINC's Marketing and Donor Relation’s Departments to support and expand our Child Sponsor Program • Work closely with LINC's Finance Officer to monitor expenses and adjust cost of Child Sponsor Program as needed • Work closely with our Kenyan liaisons to oversee the activities of the Awasi Education Centre to ensure planning, implementation and outcomes adhere to Linc Worldwide’s mission and the goals of the Board of Directors • Assist with oversight and planning of volunteer trips to Kenya • Work closely with the LINC and Awasi Education Centre teams to build relationships with Kenyan officials, organizations and communities to create long-term, sustainable solutions with our projects and programs • Work closely with LINC's Board of Directors to create budgets and projections for operational and maintenance costs of programs and projects at Awasi Education Centre • Assist with planning and oversight of volunteer trips • Review applications and secure required volunteer documents prior to travel • Consult legal assistance to review and update liability waivers, required traveler’s insurance, and ensure LINC’s International Insurance Policy covers activity and number of volunteers for each international trip • Review volunteers’ trip experience and make alterations for future trips to enhance experiences • Communicate directly with Awasi Education Centre's team to: Monitor teachers’ workshops/training schedule • Review and evaluate curriculum implementation through student progress reports/test score and staff evaluations to ensure school is meeting the needs of the community and carrying out the mission of Linc Worldwide • Be culturally competent, stay up-to-date with Kenyan news, be aware of international laws & policies in regards to our work in Kenya and communicate to LINC team
Job Requirements
- International travel
- Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, critically think and manage stressful situations
- Previous international travel desired but not required
- Ability to understand foreign currencies
- Requires a high degree of confidentiality due to communications with Kenyan Officials, access to Donor and Student information
- Subject to background check
- International Business or Relations, Business Administration, or Global Business Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent role and responsibilities
- MBA is desired, but not required.
- 3+ years in a leadership/management role
- Applicable international experience
- Active Passport if intending to travel

Role Description This leadership position, reporting into the VP, Head of Studios, will oversee a global team of Virtual Production artists and technicians, supporting workflows spanning from real-time needs pertaining to Virtual Cameras, ICVFX, Volumetric Capture and more. The ideal candidate will leverage their creative, production and technical expertise to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Eyeline, Netflix and 3rd Party partners, ensuring that our teams can both meet today’s needs while building out capabilities for the future. This role is about supporting the Virtual Production teams at the team and workflow level, directing the Virtual Production Supervisors to succeed in their client-facing roles. This candidate thrives in problem-solving, building solutions collaboratively, and managing complex work streams in a fast-paced environment involving multiple stakeholders.
