Job Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience leading and managing an analytics team, including at least 7 years in the healthcare industry or in analytics.
- Experience in a client-facing consultative analytics role within the pharmaceutical industry or point of care services.
- Experience / familiarity with media mix modeling.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and the pharmaceutical market with a deep knowledge of the prescriber messaging function and associated data and reporting area.
- Strong understanding of data structures, business intelligence, advanced data science, and statistical modeling methodologies.
- Working knowledge of SQL, business intelligence tools, and statistical programming (such as Python).
- Ability to build and lead a team of analytics professionals and collaborate across various departments.
