• Provide high-level administrative support and ensures key projects, budgets, travel, and events run seamlessly • Manage complex, ever-changing calendars and coordinate responsibilities across leaders • Build relationships with broader team while acting as gatekeeper for executives • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings, speaking events, and travel • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel • Monitor travel plans proactively, adjusting logistics in real time • Track and oversee team tasks, budgets, and meeting schedules • Process expense reports, purchase orders, and budget reconciliations

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Natural talent for improving processes and bringing order out of chaos
  • Strong sense of urgency when projects are assigned
  • Highly proficient with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, MacOS
  • Familiarity with communications strategies, executive affairs, and leadership environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
