Role Description At Trinetix we are looking for a Senior .NET FullStack Developer to join our team on a long-term project for a US-based client operating in the Healthcare domain. This project is specialized in agile, community-based healthcare delivery, bridging the gap between massive, crowded trauma centers and basic urgent care clinics. - Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) in backend and React or Angular in frontend - Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas - Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems - Develop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, stakeholders) to translate requirements into tech solutions - Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.) - Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions - Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements - Support claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycle Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development roles. - Strong proficiency in .NET / C# and at least one frontend framework, React or Angular. - Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design. - Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT. - Experience with healthcare data standards, in specific with HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc) is a must. - Understanding of claims processing concepts (837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows, provider dataflows). - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Requirements - Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (deployment, monitoring, DevOps pipelines). - Exposure to FHIR or other modern healthcare interoperability standards. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practices. • Lead engineering across backend and frontend: set technical direction, own delivery end-to-end, grow the team through mentoring and reviews that raise the bar. • Design and operate high-throughput, low-latency Java services (JDK 17+) on AWS, K8s, Terraform, ArgoCD, with MySQL and Redis layers. • Oversee the game frontend (HTML5, Adobe AIR / Unity) built by specialists: guide the architecture, review the work, keep it coherent with the backend. • Own CI/CD, observability, and on-call for what your team ships.

• Design, implement, and maintain import pipelines that convert native and proprietary CAD formats into Zoo's KCL. • Build systems for extracting feature information from CAD files and applications, including sketches, dimensions, constraints, parameters, feature trees, assemblies, metadata, PMI, and related design intent. • Develop extractors using native CAD application APIs and toolkits where interoperability SDKs are insufficient. • Translate extracted CAD structure, geometry, parameters, and feature information into KCL that faithfully represents the original model. • Build validation, testing, and comparison tools to measure conversion quality across geometry, topology, feature information, assemblies, and generated KCL output. • Handle edge cases across proprietary formats, CAD versions, modeling kernels, malformed files, incomplete metadata, and inconsistent vendor API behavior. • Collaborate with the file format, modeling, and product teams to improve Zoo's CAD import experience and expand support for real-world customer files.

• You’ll be responsible for the further development and architecture of our core products (mainly our native iOS SDK and sometimes on our end user-facing customer applications, cross-platform deliveries, …) • Take ownership in delivering new functionality and fixes from idea creation, through the design phase until the public release. • You write clean, readable and well documented code and you understand that your changes impact hundreds of well known applications in the app store and influence the experience of an impressive number of daily unique end-users using our SDK. • Participate in resolving issues together with our customers. • Collaborate with the whole R&D team / entire company to build features that matter • Manage your own work by organizing your time, prioritizing tasks and taking ownership of topics.
