• Produce 30 to 45 second vertical (9:16) video ads from brief to final delivery • Build lightweight scenes and minigames in Unity to stage and record footage. This is how most of the footage in the role gets made • Generate hook variations quickly and iterate on the concepts that work, paying close attention to the first three seconds • Use the best-performing ads in the genre as your quality benchmark • Bring provided 3D character assets into the engine, then stage, animate, and composite them into hooks that drive installs

• Produce in-game and marketing assets end-to-end, from concept through final delivery, using AI-assisted workflows • Build and maintain image and video generation pipelines in ComfyUI and other tools • Combine AI outputs with Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects to reach production quality • Create and animate assets using After Effects, drawing on a solid understanding of animation principles, cinematography, and visual composition • Maintain visual consistency with the established Empire art style across asset types (characters, buildings, environments, props) • Support marketing and communication visuals alongside in-game content • Test, evaluate, and integrate new AI tools and models as they emerge (we expect this to be a meaningful part of the job) • Collaborate closely with the rest of the art team, as well as Product, CRM, Game Design, and Developers

• Build the Data Foundation • Design and operate the end-to-end gameplay analytics ecosystem. • Define tracking, storage, processing, and reporting architecture. • Own data correctness and make judgement calls when quality checks flag anomalies. • Drive AI-Native Analytics • Build the semantic layer that translates raw gameplay data into validated gameplay and business concepts. • Develop AI-driven automated reporting, dashboards, and insight-generation workflows. • Evaluate and implement AI tools, agents, and workflows that improve analytics speed, reliability, and depth. • Review AI-generated code and analytics on critical paths before they reach production. • Generate Product Intelligence • Identify opportunities, risks, anomalies, and trends across gameplay and player behavior. • Support product, balancing, design, and leadership teams with data-driven recommendations. • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. • Set the Agentic Bar • Help define how the wider engineering organization adopts agentic practices. • Establish standards for tooling, review processes, quality gates, and what 'done' means when agents generate most of the implementation.

• Own the product roadmap for both Empire titles: set priorities, communicate rationale, and ensure strategy translates into shipped results • Be the final product voice on feature scope, economy design, and Live Ops direction • Lead and develop a multi-functional product team covering Game Design, Live Ops, and CRM • Translate the product strategy into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap and keep all stakeholders aligned on priority and reasoning • Define feature requirements, success metrics, and measurable outcomes; create the structured briefs and documentation that enable efficient execution • Approve concepts from Design, Live Ops, and CRM - and make sure offers, campaigns, and sales calendars are in service of the roadmap and business targets • Maintain deep KPI fluency: read retention, revenue, and player behaviour patterns and turn those insights into product decisions • Spot opportunities and risks across the full product funnel - from acquisition to late-game engagement • Provide disciplinary leadership and development-focused feedback to your product team members

• Build AI-driven gameplay analytics and AI-native data workflows across core game systems • Work with large-scale gameplay and player behavior datasets using modern AI tools and workflows • Use tools such as Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT to build and improve ETL pipelines, tracking validation, and analytics systems • Build AI-assisted dashboards, funnels, monitoring systems, and reporting workflows • Analyze gameplay and player behavior data to support product, balancing, and monetization decisions • Help identify missing or broken tracking and improve overall data quality using AI-assisted workflows • Create AI-powered personalization and offer systems

• Support balancing and simulation work across core game systems: heroes, troops, economy, progression, and events • Help improve and operate our AI-assisted balancing toolchain and workflows • Build scripts, automations, and ML-supported workflows to improve balancing efficiency and iteration speed • Analyze balancing data, simulation outputs, and player behavior signals to support balancing decisions • Work closely with game design, QA, engineering, and production on balancing topics and tooling improvements • Help document and structure balancing processes, prompts, datasets, and workflows for scalable AI-assisted production

• Make the new mobile F2P title fast, lean, and pleasant to build on. • Own performance as a discipline for this title – build time, memory, and runtime. • Work closely with the Tech Lead and Engineering Manager. • Ensure millions of players enjoy a flawless, lightning-fast gaming experience. • Build time performance, local iteration, memory optimization, runtime performance • Establish profiling practice, regression detection, and performance gates that survive past launch into live ops. • Establish agentic workflows as a real part of how this team works.
