• Lead engineering across backend and frontend: set technical direction, own delivery end-to-end, grow the team through mentoring and reviews that raise the bar. • Design and operate high-throughput, low-latency Java services (JDK 17+) on AWS, K8s, Terraform, ArgoCD, with MySQL and Redis layers. • Oversee the game frontend (HTML5, Adobe AIR / Unity) built by specialists: guide the architecture, review the work, keep it coherent with the backend. • Own CI/CD, observability, and on-call for what your team ships.

• Design, implement, and maintain import pipelines that convert native and proprietary CAD formats into Zoo's KCL. • Build systems for extracting feature information from CAD files and applications, including sketches, dimensions, constraints, parameters, feature trees, assemblies, metadata, PMI, and related design intent. • Develop extractors using native CAD application APIs and toolkits where interoperability SDKs are insufficient. • Translate extracted CAD structure, geometry, parameters, and feature information into KCL that faithfully represents the original model. • Build validation, testing, and comparison tools to measure conversion quality across geometry, topology, feature information, assemblies, and generated KCL output. • Handle edge cases across proprietary formats, CAD versions, modeling kernels, malformed files, incomplete metadata, and inconsistent vendor API behavior. • Collaborate with the file format, modeling, and product teams to improve Zoo's CAD import experience and expand support for real-world customer files.

• You’ll be responsible for the further development and architecture of our core products (mainly our native iOS SDK and sometimes on our end user-facing customer applications, cross-platform deliveries, …) • Take ownership in delivering new functionality and fixes from idea creation, through the design phase until the public release. • You write clean, readable and well documented code and you understand that your changes impact hundreds of well known applications in the app store and influence the experience of an impressive number of daily unique end-users using our SDK. • Participate in resolving issues together with our customers. • Collaborate with the whole R&D team / entire company to build features that matter • Manage your own work by organizing your time, prioritizing tasks and taking ownership of topics.

• Build Seamless Web2 ↔ Web3 Integration — Design and ship the flows that let users move between traditional accounts/payments and on-chain wallets without friction: custodial and non-custodial wallets, account abstraction, gasless transactions, and fiat on-ramps. • Own the Digital Item Lifecycle — Build the systems behind item mint, ownership, transfer, trading, and redemption — keeping on-chain state and off-chain records consistent, auditable, and fast. • Develop Fullstack Features — Deliver end to end across wallet-connected frontends, backend services, and the smart contract / indexing layer that powers item ownership and turnover. • Model Items & Ownership — Design data models and APIs that represent items uniformly whether they live off-chain, in a custodial wallet, or on-chain, and keep them in sync. • Ensure Reliability of Value Flows — Anything that moves items or money must be correct under failure: idempotency, reconciliation, replay safety, and clear recovery paths. • Integrate Blockchains & Marketplaces — Interact with EVM chains, token standards, indexers, and marketplace/settlement flows; abstract their differences behind clean internal interfaces. • Collaborate Across Teams — Work with product, security, payments, and game-facing teams to turn business needs into well-scoped technical plans, and document decisions so they stand on their own.
